Material: Hahnemühle watercolor, fine grain, 300g / m2.
Colors: new camboge, permanent rose, cerulean blue, french ultramarine, Prussian blue, raw sienna, burnt sienna, burnt umber, permanent mauve, Winsor violet and black.
Brush: a Dalbe 200 brush, sable n ° 8.
1. Anemones and finished watercolor vase.

2. Preparatory drawing for watercolor.

3. Apply a permanent pink wash over the purple petals. Let dry. Then, paint the petals with a mixture of permanent mauve and Winsor violet.

4. Continue the other purple petals identically. Leave some paper white to mark the lights. Paint the stems and the center of the buttercup with a mixture of new camboge and Prussian blue.

5. Paint the vase with cerulean blue and french ultramarine. Let dry. Paint some places with very diluted burnt sienna as in the picture.

6. Paint the yellow anemones with a mixture of new camboge and raw sienna. In the still wet paint, put permanent pink near the stamens. Paint the buttercup with new camboge. Paint the stamens using black. Leave some paper white in the center. Paint the darker parts of the stems with a mixture of french ultamarine and new camboge.

7. Finishes. Mark the details of the vase with french ultramarine, the black lines, the top and bottom of the vase with sepia. Shade the vase with burnt umber.

Good luck and good watercolor!
